Requirements

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in document control, preferably with experience in MEP projects.
Proficiency in English, Malay and Mandarin (preferred), with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to work on-site and adapt to dynamic construction project environments.
Responsibilities

Document Management:

Organize, manage, and maintain all project-related documentation, including drawings, specifications, and correspondence, ensuring that accurate records are maintained at all times.
Ensure proper version control and distribution of documents to relevant stakeholders.
MEP Coordination:

Collaborate with the project team to track and manage MEP-related documents.
Support the team in meeting project deadlines by ensuring timely access to all necessary documentation
Communication and Reporting:

Prepare and share documentation reports, summaries, and updates as needed.
Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors in both English and Mandarin.
On-Site Support:

Be available on-site to ensure that documentation remains readily accessible to the project team.
Handle urgent documentation needs and resolve document-related issues during construction activities.
