Requirements

Ability to Speak and Write in Mandarin and English fluently.
SPM or Diploma in any field.

Proven experience in an Administrative Role.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills.

Ability to Work Independently and as part of a Team.
Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia, both Written and Verbal.


Responsibilities

Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars.
Perform data entry and update the database system.
Maintain filing systems and manage documentation.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and communications.
Support office management with administrative tasks.
