Requirements

Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Studies, Supply Chain, or equivalent. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of AutoCount or other procurement systems is a plus.
Preferably with experience in the construction industry or knowledge of construction materials.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities

Source and purchase construction materials, tools, and equipment based on project requirements.
Obtain quotations, negotiate prices, terms, and delivery timelines with suppliers
Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO) accurately and in a timely manner.
Coordinate with project teams, site supervisors, and storekeepers to verify material needs and usage.
Maintain and update approved supplier/vendor list and build strong relationships.
Verify invoices and delivery orders against purchase orders for accuracy before forwarding to the accounts department.
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure cost efficiency and quality compliance.
Assist in budgeting, cost control, and reporting related to procurement activities.
