Requirements

Completed a diploma/degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an eye for detail.
A passion for storytelling and digital media.
Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, capcut) and video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.

Responsibilities

Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging content for various platforms including Tiktok, Instagram, websites etc
Social Media Management: Assist in managing social media accounts by creating, scheduling, and publishing content that aligns with the company’s brand and marketing strategies.
Video Production: Planning, shooting, and editing of videos for social media, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, social media, and content creation to incorporate fresh ideas into your work.
Analytics: Monitor content performance across platforms and provide insights for optimization.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to align content with business goals and campaigns.
