Requirements

At least one year of experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales is preferred.
Candidates must possess at least Diploma
Strong presentation skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
Proven abilities in prospecting, negotiating, and closing sales deals.
Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and applying creative approaches to sales challenges.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to identify and leverage new business opportunities.
Basic computer literacy is essential.
Fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue business opportunities by assessing prospects, analyzing sales strategies, and evaluating industry positioning.
Drive sales revenue growth from both new and established corporate clients.
Execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and enhance profitability.
Collaborate in developing and implementing divisional marketing strategies.
Participate actively in meetings focused on marketing, sales development, service quality, and product enhancement.
Generate weekly sales reports detailing performance metrics and client status while addressing any arising issues.
Adhere to company directives, policies, and procedures.
Report daily activities to the Assistant Manager and Manager, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Collaborate within the team, offering support and assistance during special departmental projects.
