Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related fields (preferably in automotive or e-commerce).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and a team player.
Willing to work in shift-based schedules.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Engage with potential customers and guide them through the sales process.
Maintain a strong understanding of iMotorbike’s products and services.
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries professionally.
Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships.
Work closely with the team to execute sales strategies.
Update and maintain records of sales activities.
