Requirements

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (must have proficiency in written English & Chinese), but preference will be given to candidates with prior relevant experience
Must have own transport and able to work at Petaling Jaya Uptown 2
Detail-oriented, responsible, willing to learn, and proactive
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for daily document and data tasks
Salary is negotiable for candidates with relevant work experience
Responsibilities

Manage and support the superior’s daily tasks and schedules, including arranging appointments, coordinating meetings, preparing necessary materials, and providing on-site support during events or activities
Prepare and organize various documents, reports, and presentations (in both English & Chinese)
Support daily administrative work and communication coordination
Follow up on project progress and report outcomes
Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior
