Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Required skills: Invoicing, Account Payable, Account Receivable
Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience, able to handle full set of accounts independently
Strong knowledge of SST, costing, financial reporting and Malaysian statutory compliance
Familiar with SQL and Microsoft Office
Knowledge of E-Invoice (LHDN implementation in Malaysia) is a strong advantage
Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to meet strict deadlines
Good communication skills and a high level of integrity
Responsibilities

Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, cash flow, sales performance) by the 5th of each month
Handle full set of accounts: AP, AR, GL, SST submission, and bank reconciliation
Conduct cost analysis for manufacturing, inventory, and product costing
Monitor cash flow, trade financing, and fund transfers
Ensure timely and accurate SST filings in compliance with Kastam Diraja Malaysia
Manage external audits, tax consultants, and statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, LHDN)
Oversee data entry accuracy and maintain proper accounts filing system
Support the company’s transition to E-Invoice and ensure compliance with LHDN guidelines
Any other accounting or finance tasks as assigned
