Requirements

Diploma or above (Fresh graduates are welcome)
Basic knowledge of photography / studio operations preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Suite
Able to multitask and work under minimal supervision
Pleasant, responsible, and customer-oriented attitude
Willing to assist in both office and studio tasks
Responsibilities

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for all staff performance and activities
Review and monitor staff duty rosters and task schedules / Track progress of photo editing and post-production / Manage the delivery of final products to clients
Capture behind-the-scenes (BTS) content for use by the management and marketing teams / Actively participate in shooting sessions when needed
Attend to walk-in customers at the studio / Assist the sales team in explaining available photography packages to potential clients
Ensure all data from both internal and outsourced photographers is properly stored and organized
