Requirements

Bachelor's degree/ Diploma and a minimum of 2 -4 years of related experience.
Able to speak and write in English AND Mandarin to handle Mandarin
Organised, good in documentation and presentation.
Can work independently, good interpersonal relationship & communication skill.
Experience with standard software applications, including MS Office, Windows.
Knowledge of labour legislation
Familiarity with social media and other professional networks.
Strong decision-making skills.
Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company Human Resources policies.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
Stay updated with industry trends, market demands, and shifts in recruitment methods to provide guidance.
Organize training and development programs (HRDF)Good understanding of Malaysia Labors Law, all statutory government bodies requirements and familiar with Employment Act & Industrial Relations procedure is an added advantage
Perform any task assigned from superior and management from time to time
Update daily attendance and leave records and ensure that the records are accurate
issue letters (e.g., warning letters, memos, salary increment letters, confirmation letters).
Conduct performance reviews
Liaise with agents for working permit processes, special pass, and monitoring renewal foreign worker permit and passport.
