Requirements

Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
Candidate possesses at least a Certificate / Diploma or above
Preferably at least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field
Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the packing team to ensure efficient and accurate packaging of bakery products according to established procedures and quality standards.
Conduct thorough quality control inspections of finished products to identify and address any defects or inconsistencies, ensuring adherence to quality benchmarks.
Train and mentor packing staff on proper packaging techniques, quality control procedures, and safety protocols to maintain a high level of performance and minimize errors.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels of packaging materials, such as boxes, wrappers, and labels, and coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure timely replenishment.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the packing and quality control processes, escalating complex problems to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain accurate records of production output, quality control inspections, and inventory levels, providing regular reports to management on key performance indicators.
Enforce strict adherence to hygiene and sanitation standards within the packing area to ensure the safety and quality of bakery products.
Collaborate with other departments, such as production and logistics, to ensure smooth coordination and timely delivery of finished products.
Implement and maintain proper packaging procedures, ensuring products are protected from damage during handling and transportation.
Communicate effectively with production, warehouse, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of orders.
Identify and resolve any packaging or quality issues promptly, escalating complex problems to the production manager.
Maintain accurate records of production output, quality control checks, and material usage.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance packaging efficiency and product quality.
