Requirements

Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
Language Required : Mandarin, English.
At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within the F&B or retail sectors.
Expertise in digital strategy, media buying, content marketing, and analytics.
Proficient in tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, and email platforms.
Strong leadership, creative direction, and project management skills.
Responsibilities

Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies across channels (social media, email, SEO, SEM, influencers, paid media).
Plan and manage marketing campaigns for new product launches, promotions, and seasonal initiatives.
Oversee content creation for all digital platforms including social media, website, blogs, and email newsletters.
Manage digital ad spend and performance (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, TikTok, etc.) to maximize ROI.
Lead CRM and loyalty marketing initiatives to retain and grow the customer base.
Analyze campaign performance and website traffic using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
Collaborate with e-commerce, branding, and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging and execution.
Lead and develop the digital marketing team, including agency/vendor coordination.
