Job Responsiblities:
-Answer call in proper courtesy, manners and promptly.
-Liaise with customers and follow up on customer service.
-Arrange service appointments with customers and ensure services are attended to promptly and satisfactory.
-Ensure customers are serviced satisfactorily and service quality maintained.
-Updating of stocks received and ensuring stock balance tally with the physical stock.
-Preparing summary of weekly and monthly reports to HQ.
-Assist the superior in maintaining the working environment e.g. filing & maintainance
-To undertake other related jobs as directed by superior from time to time.

Job Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Secondary SPM /Diploma, preferably in Secretarial / Accounting / --Business / Human Resource.
-Required skill(s): MS Office.
-At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Open to fresh graduates.
-Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
-Full-Time positions available.
-Preferred language: English
-Alternative language: Bahasa, Mandarin
-Ability to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage
