Requirements

Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and Mandarin-proficient demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
Take customer orders accurately, utilizing Mandarin language skills to clarify any special requests or dietary requirements.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times.
Handle cash and process payments accurately, adhering to company procedures and maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
Collaborate with kitchen and other service staff to ensure smooth order flow and timely delivery of meals.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors, to provide a pleasant dining environment.
Communicate effectively with team members in both Mandarin and English to ensure seamless operations and efficient teamwork.
Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up tables, restocking supplies, and cleaning the restaurant.
