Qualifications
Tertiary degree or above in any field (HR/Business/Management is preferred)
0-2 years of work experience in recruitment, human resources or related field (fresh graduates
welcome, training provided)
Excellent communication skills (Mandarin and English; Malay speakers are preferred)
Good sales, marketing, and customer service awareness
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common computer applications
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Job responsibilities
Assist in screening resumes and candidates
Coordinate recruitment activities, including interview scheduling and assessments
Work closely with the Singapore headquarters and hiring manager to understand manpower
needs
Establish and maintain relationships with overseas manpower agencies (Indonesia, China,
Myanmar, Philippines, etc.).
Provide excellent service and communication to candidates and clients
Apply sales and marketing skills to attract the right candidates and expand your agency
network
Collaborate with team members to achieve recruitment goals
Demonstrate leadership in driving recruitment initiatives
Leverage problem-solving skills to overcome recruitment challenges
Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting with Microsoft Office tools
