What you will bring
-Minimum 1 year working experience from HR or Recruitment field.
-Bachelor’s Degrees in Human Resources, Information Technology, Psychology,
-Engineering or related field [Min CGPA 3.00]Highly motivated with strong ambition, sales-driven, and passionate about recruitment.
-Resilient and results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding performance targets.
-Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills to foster long-term relationships and drive business growth.
-Must possess own transport and be able to travel within Klang Valley.

岗位职责
-Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and deliver effective recruitment solutions to exceed expectations.
-Handle the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, recommending suitable candidates, and ensuring successful onboarding.
-Manage high-volume sourcing through job portals, social media, referrals, and talent database.
-Maintain workforce stability by ensuring high attendance, low attrition, and provide timely replacements when needed.
-Build and maintain strong candidate relationships to create a reliable and engaged talent pool.
