任职资格
-Have previous experience in administration role - ideally contract management.
-Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia (verbal and written)
-Proficient in using Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides and etc)
-Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
-Well developed interpersonal and communication skills and adaptable to changes

岗位职责
-Liaison between Landlords, Real Estate Agents and Lawyers
-Raise payment for deposits and monthly rentals
-Liaison with landlords/agents on key handover
-Compile documents for business license application, utility account opening and vendor registration
-Prepare LOO and TA with Legal team, negotiation of terms and conditions with landlords/agents
-Negotiate with landlords/agents on existing lease for renewal
-Liaison with landlords/agents on facilities improvement/repairs required
-Compilation and sending/receiving of all documentation to the respective parties
-Preparing declaration form for reinstatement
