Job Qualifications:
-Possession of a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree is required.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.

-Proficiency in written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia is necessary.
-Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
-Strong organizational and time-management skills.
-Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
-Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
-Able to perform company assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties as and when required.
-Must have own transportation and the ability to drive to necessary locations.

Job Responsibilities:
-Assist in document processing and visa application procedures.
-Coordinate the submission of new/renewal/extension visa applications, endorsement of MM2H and PVIP visas, and other immigration-related matters to MM2H & PVIP Immigration Unit.
-Handle ongoing cases promptly and professionally.
-Stay updated on the latest immigration regulations.
-Report clients' application statuses to the Head of the Department.
-Maintain and update client databases and records accurately.
-Organize and file documents appropriately.
-Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
-Regularly travel around Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Putrajaya, etc.
