Requirements
-Provide excellent and friendly frontline customer service
-Attend to enquiry via phone calls
-Schedule patient's appointment
-Process invoice and payment collections
-Dispense medication and maintaining inventory levels
-Basic housekeeping to maintain the cleanliness of the clinic
-Handle enquiries on promotions and leading customers to products
-To perform other duties as assigned

Responsibilities
-At least SPM
-Basic IT knowledge
-Pleasant personality, cooperative and work well with co-workers
-Be open to learning new things
-Self-motivated and sales driven with a positive attitude
-Knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage, in order to communicate with mandarin speaking customers and colleagues.
-Willing to work retail hours, weekends & public holidays
