Job Requirements:
College or bachelor's degree or above, major in film and television production, media
communication, advertising, multimedia design or related is preferred.

Possess photography and videography skills, and be familiar with the use of lighting and
audio equipment.

Good communication skills and team spirit, able to complete projects independently.
Proficiency in Chinese, English and Malay is preferred.
Experience in drone shooting, animation or photography skills is preferred.

Job responsibilities
1. Video production and filming
Responsible for video shooting for company projects, including social media content, drone
aerial photography, corporate events and promotional videos.
Operate photography, videography, and related equipment to ensure high-quality picture and
sound output.
2. Storyboard and creative planning
Produce storyboards, conceive creative concepts, and independently complete the entire
process from pre-planning, shooting to post-production.
Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to assist in producing content direction and
creative solutions.
3. Video editing and post-production
Use professional post-production software for editing, color grading, sound processing,
subtitle editing, and animation special effects.
Optimize the structure and rhythm of video content to make the finished product meet the
brand image and communication goals.
4. Cross-departmental collaboration and external communication
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure that video content aligns with the
overall brand and marketing strategy.
Assist in collaborating with KOLs and content creators to develop co-branded content and
enhance brand exposure.
Cooperate with the event team for on-site shooting, real-time content production and event
recording.
5. Content strategy and trend insights
Track video creative trends, platform content hotspots, and new media technology
applications.
Continuously optimize content performance and user interaction to improve brand
communication efficiency.
6. Marketing activities and supplier docking
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing activities, including trade shows, press
conferences and corporate event photography and documentation.
Coordinate with advertising agencies, media providers, and external production teams to
ensure output quality and progress.
