Requirements
-Fresh graduate are welcome, but relevant experience in HR will be an added advantage
-SPM and above (relevant experience in HR/administration will be an added advantage)
-Able to speak in Mandarin
-Responsible, detail-oriented, and accurate in completing tasks
-Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team
-Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Organized, proactive, and able to handle confidential information with integrity
-Willing to learn and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities
-Provide administrative support to the HR department in daily operations
-Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination
-Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases accurately
-Support payroll preparation, leave management, and attendance tracking
-Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events
-Prepare HR-related letters, reports, and documentation as required
-Liaise with internal departments and external parties (e.g., panel clinics, government bodies) when necessary
-Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures
