岗位职责
-Assist in handling recruitment process such as posting advertisement, phone screening
for shortlisting, arranging interview, employment letters and etc aligned with local
regulations, company policies and procedures
-Assist in processing payroll
-Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures followed by managers and
staff to ensure a safe, secure and legal work environment.
-Ensuring that commission report preparation and payment made appropriately.
-Assist in training arrangement with related department/parties by planning and
evaluating department activities.
-Assist HR manager with day-to-day efficient operation of the Human Resources
-Handling disciplinary issues, grievances, domestic inquiry and dispute mediation in
compliance of company policies and government regulations when necessary.
-Actively involved in employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities
-Adheres to and follow company policies and procedures.
