Requirements
-Diploma/Degree in any field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
-Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia is mandatory, both written and spoken.
-Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
-Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and build rapport with clients.
-Basic sales skills with a willingness to learn and develop sales techniques.
-Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to team goals.
-Must be willing to work onsite in Puchong.
-Understanding about travel / tourism industry

Responsibilities
-Provide administrative support to the sales team, including create quotation, managing correspondence and maintaining sales records.
-Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and other sales-related materials.
-Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing accurate information about travel packages and services.
-Process bookings, reservations, and ticketing for customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
-Maintain and update customer databases with accurate contact information and travel preferences.
-Assist in the planning and execution of sales and marketing campaigns, including promotional events and online advertising.
-Follow up with customers after their trips to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
-Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
