Key Responsibilities:
-Handle basic accounting tasks such as data entry, invoices, payment vouchers, and filing.
-Assist in preparing monthly expense reports and maintaining financial records.
-Liaise with suppliers and service providers for quotations, invoices, and payments.
-Manage office administrative tasks including filing documents, maintaining office supplies, and handling mail/courier.
-Support HR-related documentation (attendance records, leave forms, employee files).
-Assist in arranging meetings, travel bookings, and company events.
-Perform any other duties assigned by the Finance or Admin Manager.

Requirements:
-Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
-Basic knowledge of accounting and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
-Attention to detail, good communication skills, and ability to multitask.
-Mandarin is a must
