Qualifications
-Minimum SPM or higher qualification.
-Minimum 1-2 years of experience.
-Required language(S): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
-Computer literate and possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
-Basic computer skills for accounting system and reporting.
-Required skill(s): Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Accounting Software.
-Good communication skills and attention to detail.
-Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job responsibilities
-Assist the sales team with documentation and data entry.
-Process and coordinate sales orders, Delivery Order, invoices, and reports.
-Handle customer inquires and provide necessary follow-up.
-Maintain accurate records and filling systems related to sales transactions.
-Support communication between sales, customers, and internal departments.
