Requirements

-6-12 months of working experience in Sales & Service of IT-related industry will be an added advantage.
-Candidates with technical knowledge and experiences in sales / business /manufacturing are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
-Report to Service Manager.
-Serve customers at the front desk and cover onsite services when necessary.
-Handle documentation and ensure proper record-keeping.
-Answer customer calls and respond to email inquiries promptly.
-Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and schedules to meet daily demands and quality standards.
-Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
