Qualifications
-Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business, Marketing or equivalent..
-1-2 years experience in sales coordination or administrative role (lighting industry preferred).
-Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
-Computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Word, WhatsApp Business).
-Responsible, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
-Team player with good communication and coordination skills.

Job responsibilities

Sales Support & Coordination
-Assist the sales team with daily coordination and administrative tasks.
-Prepare and issue quotations, invoices, delivery orders accurately and on time.
-Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth order processing.
-Follow up on quotation status, order confirmation, and payment collection.

Customer Communication
-Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
-Provide product information, pricing, and after-sales support.
-Maintain good relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Order & Delivery Management
-Liaise with warehouse and logistics to ensure on-time delivery and installation arrangements.
-Monitor stock levels and coordinate product availability.
-Track delivery progress and update customers accordingly.

Documentation & Reporting
-Maintain and update customer database, sales reports, and price lists.
-Prepare monthly reports and assist in sales performance tracking.
-Ensure all documents are properly filed and recorded.

Internal Coordination
-Work closely with accounts, purchasing, and marketing departments.
-Support marketing and showroom activities (e.g. promotions, product updates).

Other Duties
-Perform other tasks assigned by the management.
-Provide ideas to improve sales operations and customer experience.
