Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities:

-Handle customers’ order processing.

-Answer customers’ enquiries through email, social media, and by phone.

-Deliver and promote product information to customers such as promotion.

-Close sales and collect the payment for the company.

-Ensure customer information records are up-to-date in the system, including contact information, purchases and billings.

-Conduct customer surveys to collect their feedback on products and services.

-Assist customers with clear instructions to resolve issues.

-Manage orders and ensure timely delivery.

-Report to Manager on any complicated issues.

-Carry out any ad-hoc tasks assigned by Superior.


Requirements:

-Minimum SPM.

-Strong interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.

-Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

-Fresh graduates or individuals with no prior experience are encouraged to apply.

-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients effectively.
