Job Description

Requirements
-Education: Diploma or bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
-Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related role. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales are also encouraged to apply.
-Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin

Skills:
-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
-Persuasive and able to negotiate effectively.
-Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
-Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
-Negotiation, Communication, Prospecting, Sales Strategy, Sales experience, Sales Performance, Sales, Networking, Adaptability, Motivation, Product Knowledge, Lead Generation, Market Research, Presentation Skills
-Other: Willingness to travel as needed and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
-Identify and Generate Leads: Research and identify potential clients, initiate contact and develop leads to expand the customer base.
-Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calling to introduce the company's products and services, qualify leads, and schedule follow-up meetings.
-Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
-Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services to present and sell to potential customers effectively.
-Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to clients, addressing any questions or concerns.
-Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed the company's monthly and annual sales targets.
-Market Research and Analysis: Stay current with market trends, competitor products, and industry developments to identify new sales opportunities.
-Sales Reporting: Document sales activities and prepare reports on sales performance, prospects, and client feedback.
-Collaborate with Team: Work closely with other members of the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for achieving sales goals.
