Responsibilities:

-Generate new sales from the sales lead provided through business calls

-Make outbound calls and cold calling to sell products

-Qualify sales leads through calls

-Sell to commercial customers and applying the correct solution and sales approach

-Maintain effective communication with prospects and have a proactive follow up scheme

-Constantly looking for new ways to improve your sales performance by listening to your own calls and

-testing new sales techniques


Requirements:

-Min SPM holder, Diploma, etc

-Proficient to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English, with the ability to connect and build rapport over the phone

-Experience in telesales, telemarketing, outbound customer service, or sales is a plus

-Excellent communication and presentation skills, negotiation skills to deal with the customers

- Able to communicate with people at all levels with an independent, proactive, positive, hardworking and driven with a can-do attitude

-Possess a service-oriented customer service mindset with excellent telephone etiquette

-Motivated by earning commission
