About the role

As a Business Development Executive at Cartrack Malaysia Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in driving new business growth and expanding the company's customer base in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time position will see you working closely with the sales team to identify and seize opportunities, build relationships with prospective clients, and secure new business deals.


What you'll be doing

-Proactively identify and reach out to potential customers to understand their needs and present Cartrack's innovative solutions

-Develop and execute effective sales strategies to convert leads into paying customers

-Maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities and regularly report on progress

-Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials

-Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention

-Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and new product developments


What we're looking for

-At least 2 years of experience in a business development or sales role

-Proven track record of successfully identifying, nurturing, and closing new business opportunities

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients

-Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to understand and address customer needs

-Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
