Responsibilities

-Attend outbound & inbound calls in courteous manner and provide excellent services to meet customer’s expectations and handle complaints effectively with confidence.

-To build customer retention rate by attending interested customers, interviewing customers and handling loan application submissions.

-To attend administrative tasks on insurance products from interview to submission including request payment.

-To perform telesales for all Insurance Product (Auto & Credit Life)

-To handle insurance claim case from receiving offer letter from insurance company to payment paid to our company.

-To promote TCAP EZ Connect app to non-app users and to increase the number of FPX transactions.

-To perform relief functions assigned during the absence of any team member

Job Requirements

-Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field

-Minimum 1-2 year of working experience in Customer Service field

-Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to multitask, learn quickly, and work well in a team.

-Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply!
