Requirements
-Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing quotations, processing sales orders, and managing customer inquiries.
-Coordinate sales activities, including scheduling appointments, arranging product demonstrations, and following up on leads.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer information, sales transactions, and inventory levels.
-Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
-Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure smooth sales operations.
-Support the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.
-Prepare sales reports and presentations to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

-Handle customer complaints and returns, processing them efficiently and effectively to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
