Key Responsibilities
-Manage the entire tour operation process from confirmation to completion.
-Create, update, and manage bookings and service orders in internal systems.
-Ensure all services comply with company standards and operational guidelines.
-Prepare and review invoices, including issuing credit notes or processing additional charges when required.
-Verify supplier invoices and follow up on outstanding or pending items.
-Coordinate effectively with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams across different time zones.
-Handle tour reports, customer feedback, and post-tour follow-ups.
-Collaborate with the quotation and sales teams to ensure seamless operational flow.
-Record quality control data and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Requirements
-Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
-1-3 years of experience in tour operations or travel handling (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
-Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
-Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills.
-Good communication skills and a team-oriented, proactive attitude.
-High accuracy in data entry, system management, and workflow processes.
-Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be given priority.
