Responsibilities
Position: Global Tour Coordinator - Hotel Reservations Executive

Key Responsibilities
-Manage hotel booking changes based on requests from the Sales team and update hotel partners promptly.
-Input and maintain hotel confirmation details accurately in the internal system.
-Monitor live booking dashboards to ensure timely confirmations.
-Respond to hotel-related inquiries and coordinate resolutions with internal teams.
-Communicate effectively with hotel partners and MIKI offices to ensure smooth operations.
-Share client arrival details and special requests with hotel partners.
-Investigate, follow up, and resolve hotel-related client issues, preparing reports for internal use.
-Maintain updated records and track ongoing cases in shared databases.
-Ensure proper task handovers and follow up until completion.
-Share hotel updates with internal teams for timely follow-up action.

Requirements
-Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field.
-Minimum 2 years' experience in a travel agency, hotel reservations, or customer service role.
-Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
-Strong proficiency in English (spoken & written).
-Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
-Experience using reservations or data-processing systems is an advantage.
-Willing to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
-Knowledge of European destinations is an added advantage.
-Preference given to candidates available for immediate or short-notice joining.
