Requirements
-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
-Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
-Proficiency in HR Management, Recruitment, Performance Management, HR Policies, and Employee Relations.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
-Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws and regulations is an advantage.
-Strong organizational and time-management skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities
-Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating the onboarding process.
-Maintain and update employee records with accurate information, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
-Support the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistent application across the organization.
-Assist in the performance management process, including tracking performance reviews, providing support to managers, and identifying training needs.
-Address employee inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex issues to the HR Manager.
-Coordinate employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.
-Assist in the preparation of HR reports and metrics, providing insights into workforce trends and areas for improvement.
-Support the HR Manager in various HR projects and initiatives, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the HR function.
