Your Role at Feruni

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry players to expand business opportunities.

-Identify and evaluate new business ventures aligned with market demand and strategy.

-Prepare impactful sales materials (catalogues, technical specs, project references) to support client engagement.

-Apply Sales Funnel methodology to manage the pipeline, drive results, and improve conversion rates.

-Engage target audiences (homeowners, architects, designers, contractors) and ensure high service quality.

-Analyze account performance to identify growth opportunities.

-Achieve sales and income targets; monitor performance and adjust strategies as needed.

What We’re Looking For

-Diploma or Degree holder in any field.

- Min 1-2 years’ experience in B2B Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.

-Proficient with CRM and digital analytics tools.

-Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

-Sales-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

-Experience in Building Materials or Property Development is a plus.

-Based in Tebrau, Johor Bahru, covering the Southern Region.
