Requirements
-Female candidates preferred due to position nature
-Able to communicate in Chinese, English and Bahasa Melayu.
-Diploma or above in Business Administration or related field.
-Experience in admin work or background in wholesale or machinery industry is a plus.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
-Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
-Good communication and coordination skills.
-Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
-Manage and update company databases, including client and supplier records.
-Prepare and process quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and delivery documents.
-Coordinate logistics and inventory, including shipments and restocking activities.
-Handle communication through calls, emails, and correspondence.
-Organize meetings, appointments, travel, and office supplies procurement.
-Generate and maintain reports on sales, stock, and administrative performance.
-Ensure proper documentation, filing, and compliance with company standards.
-Provide administrative support to sales and technical teams.
