Requirements
-Candidate must possess at least a Primary School / Secondary School / SPM / 'O' level, Higher Secondary/ STPM / 'A Level / Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced /Higher / Graduate Diploma, any field
-Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
-1 year experience in the logistics industry is a bonus. Those without any experience can be considered depending on their previous employment credentials
-Proficiency in speaking and writing English as well as Bahasa Malaysia
-Computer skills - using appropriate computer skills and knowledge, ranging from data entry to systems analysis
-Team Skills - being able to work collaboratively with others in a participative management environment; working independently as well as working on a team
-Excellent knowledge of MS Office
-Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
-Able to multitask and handle pressure well

Responsibilities
-Able to perform daily operational work in hub according to strict J&T SOP'S set consistently with great attention to detail
-Ensure dispatchers are following the required SOP in their daily operations and correct them at all times
-Able to present data summary effectively using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
-Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
-Organizes workload, sets priorities and works within deadlines
