Job Description
-Prospecting & growing new clients in the B2B & B2C commerce market
-Closing sales and maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance
-Analyze sales data and market trends for actionable insights, continuously improving marketing strategies
-Conduct market research and leverage data analytics to guide decision-making
-Formulate a marketing plan to gain new business prospects and maximizing growth within the existing customer base
-Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company
-Understand and define customers' needs, to increase revenue and improve profitability
-Eager and self-driven to spearhead the expansion of the company with the introduction of sales and clients
-Perform any other duties assigned from time to time as required by the management

Requirements
-At least 1 year of working experience in business development and door-to-door sales within the logistics or e-commerce industry
-Excellent communication (spoken & written) and negotiation skills
-Fluent in multiple languages is a bonus
-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
-Excellent project management and time management skills
-Willing to travel
