Responsibilities
-Manage employees of retail sales, admin & warehouse in Selangor.
-Assist and monitor retail sales staff to achieve sales targets.

-Provide support for Exhibition and roadshow when required
-Carry out after-sales-service
-Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock as well as monthly stock report.
-Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues.
-Coach, counsel, recruit, train employees and handle employees' diciplinary issue.
-Evaluate on-the-job performance.
-Identify current and future trends that appeal to consumers.
-Maintain store's cleanliness and health and safety measures.
