We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Finance Manager to support our Finance Manager in overseeing the company’s financial operations. This role involves assisting in budgeting, reporting, compliance, and process improvement to ensure smooth and efficient financial management.

Key Responsibilities

-Assist the Finance Manager in managing day-to-day finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and cash flow management.

-Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

-Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.

-Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.

-Review and improve finance processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

-Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other external stakeholders when required.

-Provide financial insights and recommendations to support management decision-making.

-Supervise and guide junior finance staff in their daily tasks.

Requirements

-Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

-Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent) is an advantage.

-Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.

-Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting.

-Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, SQL, or equivalent).

-Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

-Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
