Responsibilities :

-Assist the District Sales Manager in developing and implementing effective sales strategies for the Butterworth region

-Monitor and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

-Liaise with key customers, distributors and retailers to build strong relationships and ensure seamless order fulfilment

-Provide coaching and support to the sales team to drive performance and achieve sales targets

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a positive customer experience

-Contribute to the development and implementation of promotional campaigns and market activation initiatives

-Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations for senior management

Requirements :

-Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales, account management or sales operations or distributor management.

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret sales data and identify opportunities for growth

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers, distributors and the sales team

-Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team to contribute to the overall success of the business

-Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
