About the Role:
You will be the first point of contact for walk-in customers, assisting with inquiries, handling service requests, and ensuring customers have a smooth experience at our service centre.

Responsibilities
• Greet and assist walk-in customers with inquiries related to mobile, internet, and telco products.
• Promote and recommend suitable telco plans, devices, and accessories based on customer needs.
• Handle new line registrations, plan upgrades, SIM replacements, and billing-related inquiries.
• Provide accurate product information, ongoing promotions, and after-sales support.
• Collaborate with the retail and technical teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements
• Minimum SPM/Diploma or equivalent qualifications.
• Prior experience in customer service or service centre is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain patient and professional when handling complaints.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, data entry systems).
• Team player with a positive attitude and customer-first mindset.

Working Hours:
• 9:30 AM – 10:30 PM (Follow mall operation hours)
• Working hours & days are subject to change based on business and operational requirements.

Working Days:
• Option 1: 4 working days, 3 off days
• Option 2: 5 working days, 2 off days

Remuneration Package
• Junior Level (Fresh / <2 years experience): RM2,150 – RM2,500
• Senior Level (2 years & above in Telco Retail): RM3,500 – RM5,000
• Allowances:
-Commission (Uncapped)
-Shift Allowance
-Overtime Allowance
-Mandarin Language Allowance (RM300)
