Requirements
-Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field.
-Proficient in photo and video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop).
-Good understanding of social media platforms and trends.
-Creative mindset, good storytelling skills, and attention to detail.
-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
-Experience in the automotive or education sector is a plus.

Responsibilities

Creative & Media Production
-Plan, shoot, and edit videos for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
-Develop creative visual content such as posters, infographics, and digital marketing materials.
-Collaborate with trainers and departments to capture real class activities, workshops, and student achievements.
-Ensure all content aligns with brand tone and message consistency.

Social Media & Marketing Support
-Manage and update company social media pages with engaging posts.
-Schedule and monitor content performance (reach, engagement, conversion).
-Suggest and execute creative campaigns or collaborations to grow followers and leads.
-Work with the marketing team to promote events, courses, and new programs.

Content Development
-Write captions, short articles, and promotional copy in English and/or Mandarin.
-Assist in developing monthly content calendars and creative strategies.
-Research market trends, competitors, and audience behavior to enhance content quality.

Administration & Reporting
-Maintain organized media files and project documentation.
-Submit monthly reports on content output, performance, and improvement suggestions.
