-To support the Internal Audit Manager and Marketing Manager in overseeing all outlets' operations, including sales activities, sales reporting, inventory control, cleanliness, and service to customers.

-To plan, implement, monitor, and review marketing and operation plans, processes, SOPs, and KPIs to ensure all outlets have adequate operational cost controls, administrative procedures, and reporting procedures, and ultimately to achieve company sales targets.

-Review and analyze outlet performance, develop solutions, and evaluate outcomes for both internal and external stakeholders.

-Visit the respective outlets to perform compliance checks and implement procedures for daily, weekly, or monthly outlet operation.

-Liaise directly with outlets to ensure retail’s sales and operations are excellence in accordance with company policy and procedure.

-Conduct periodic customer site visits or phone calls to compile the feedback, suggestions, and solutions with the ultimate objective of achieving customer satisfaction and loyalty.

-To monitor and work with internal stakeholders to ensure various business licenses and permits at outlets required by local authorities are renewed on time.

-To provide operational support to outlets in order to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day business. I.e., repair and maintenance or upkeep.

-To back up outlets as and when needed for short term.

- Be able to motivate and steer outlet colleagues to provide friendly, fast, and accurate service to the customers.

-To perform any other job assignments or duties as may be required by the management from time to time.

Requirement

-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, any field.

-Min 3 year working experiences in Retail/Wholesale Marketing & Operation environment.3Preferably Executive specialized in Food/Beverage or equivalent.

-Social Media, IT and Tech savvy.

-Adequate analytical skills – able to analyze outlet performance, evaluate options and develop solutions

-Result-driven, good communication skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment

-Good computer proficiency of using Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point applications to produce reports/presentations.

-Adaptable to changes and innovations

-Possess own transport (Car) with valid driving license and willing to travel outstations extensively.
