What You’ll Do

-Conduct regular market visits to top outlets and ensure daily sales targets are met across assigned areas.

-Achieve volume goals by category/product and maintain productivity standards, including timely payment collection.

-Drive RED activation standards in outlets and foster a culture of excellence in execution.

-Lead and support the Sales Merchandiser and CCRM teams, manage route planning, asset placement, and promotional activities.

-Build strong customer relationships, ensure compliance with company policies, and submit timely reports for continuous improvement.



What You Bring

-Minimum STPM/Diploma/Degree-A level.

-Preferably 2-5 years’ experience relevant experience in FMCG or any other related field.

-Effective communication skills and good proficiency in languages.

-Good supervisory and coaching skills.

-Strong customer collaboration skill and able to build effective relationships with trade.

-Must be able to travel within the assigned region.
