What you'll be doing
-Preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
-Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment and glassware are well-stocked and in good condition.
-Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and making recommendations based on their preferences.
-Adhering to health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
-Collaborating with the food and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
-Monitoring and controlling inventory, placing orders as needed
-Assist senior staff as needed and learn on the job (for assistant roles)

What we're looking for
-Minimum 1-2 years of bartending or barista experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment is preferred; however, entry-level candidates with a strong willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
-Knowledge or interest in a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including their preparation and presentation
-Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a friendly and professional experience
-Good time management and multitasking abilities to work efficiently in a high-volume setting
-Flexible and adaptable, with the willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
-Passionate about the hospitality industry and committed to providing a top-notch customer experience
