Service Crew
-Greet and usher guests courteously upon arrival.
-Manage the reception counter and assist customers with seating arrangements.
-Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely service to guests.
-Provide recommendations and respond to guest inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
-Serve food and beverages efficiently while adhering to company service standards.
-Ensure tables, utensils, and dining areas are clean, tidy, and well-organized at all times.
-Handle payments, receipts, and simple cash register operations (if assigned).
-Assist in setting up and closing the outlet, including cleaning and restocking.
-Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and personal grooming in accordance with company policy and health regulations.
-Support team members and supervisors in daily operations and special events as required.


Job Requirements
-Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
-Prior experience in F&B or customer service is an added advantage.
-Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
-Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
-Team player with a pleasant and professional appearance.
-Physically strong and fit
-Able to work under pressure
-Conversant in Bahasa Melayu and English
