What you'll be doing
-Prepare and cook dishes according to restaurant standards and recipes
-Ensure food presentation and taste meet quality expectations
-Manage kitchen operations, including inventory and ingredient control
-Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure efficiency and consistency
-Maintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
-Assist in menu planning and development of new dishes

What we're looking for
-Proven experience as a Chef in a restaurant or similar environment
-Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen management
-Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
-Team player with good communication and leadership skills
-Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
